Hey! That's me!

I'm thumbing through My Town Monthly, which is a local monthly community magazine, while waiting for a doctor's appointment, and I literally say "Hey! That's me!" My picture of Jill Cole is staring back at me!

Jill is a wonderful and beautiful woman who works out with Mary Toole at Body Evolution. She looks ab-sol-ute-ly amazing! I took some pictures of Mary and the Body Evolution Beauties back in July for a calendar and their upcoming bodybuilding and figure competition.

Meet Mary.

Mary is scary.

And by that I mean she will whoop your butt into shape.

Not only is she is a good friend but also a wonderful trainer.

She is having a Grand Opening of her new gym located at 171 Spring Street in Macon. I challenge you to go meet Mary! She offers gym membership, boot-camp, personal training sessions, kick-boxing classes and...a new way of life!! Those New Year resolutions are right around the corner ya know!

And I do have some words of advice.
Don't ever say the words "I can't" in front of Mary.
It. will. be. UGLY.
